As a direct result of STI’s success and growth, there is an immediate opening for a Program Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a lead role within an assigned account list, ensuring that all active programs are managed successfully and new business is implemented correctly, while following STI’s corporate policies and procedures. It is expected that the Program Manager will understand all aspects of their accounts – from existing business, to the potential future business. Keeping records up to date and accurate at all times is integral to being successful in this role. Being the hub of information on assigned accounts, this role requires a great deal of inter-departmental communications and external client communication.
As the ideal candidate, you exhibit strong leadership qualities, as well as exceptional time management and organizational skills. You possess a University degree, along with progressive experience in account management and/or project management roles. Experience in the technology industry is preferred. A strong analytical approach and experience using data to drive strategy and decision making is required. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy, you possess the ability to quickly evaluate and respond to an array of inquiries. Strong business acumen is key for this role.
