Chief Financial Officer
BioMedica Diagnostics Inc is currently seeking a very special CFO to join our growing team:
someone with a purview that extends beyond bean counting to encompass the stewardship
of human and organizational capital; someone who will make a solid contribution to the
company’s strategic direction, governance and growth.
In this new role, our CFO will take the lead on the company’s finance and administration
strategy, and oversee the tactical initiatives, systems, controls and metrics to support that
strategy. We need a partner who gets that no business strategy is complete without a
parallel people strategy, and will play a pivotal role in the ongoing organizational and talent
development efforts at BioMedica.
Our chosen candidate may be someone who started his/her career as a CA, CMA or CPA, and
gone on to take progressively challenging leadership roles in business finance and
administration, preferably with human resource responsibilities; he/she will have earned a
reputation as an exceptional coach/mentor and change agent.
If you believe that you fit the profile of our very special CFO and are eager to start the next
chapter in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
